Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, shipment may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within USA only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Time

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if offered at checkout)

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Promotional or free shipping offers may apply to select orders.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
  • Packages returned to the carrier due to address issues

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in opening a carrier investigation when applicable.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

No Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
