Welcome to Ping Market. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of market.pingprepay.com (the “Site”), including the purchase of products and use of services provided by Ping Marketplace LLC (“Ping Market,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Warranty & Refund Policy, DMCA Policy, and any additional terms presented at checkout. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Arbitration Notice and Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Except for certain disputes described below, you agree that disputes between you and Ping Market will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Ping Market sells used and refurbished mobile devices, accessories, and dealer marketing materials.

Products may vary by:

  • Cosmetic condition

  • Storage capacity

  • RAM configuration

  • Color, model, and carrier compatibility

All refurbished or used devices:

  • Are tested for basic functionality

  • Are data-wiped prior to shipment

  • May contain non-original or replacement parts

  • May show cosmetic wear consistent with the listed condition

Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Correct pricing or listing errors

  • Limit quantities per customer

Payment must be received in full before shipment.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Risk of loss and title pass to you once the product is delivered to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns and warranties are governed by our Warranty & Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Cosmetic condition consistent with the product listing does not constitute a defect.

Accounts & Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

  • Interfere with site security or functionality

  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit site content

  • Upload harmful, deceptive, or infringing content

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Texas, except where prohibited by law.
